Observation

During the inspection, Licensor Harris observed Provider did not clean the table that an enrolled child was sitting at before or after they were done with their meal. (1)(a) During the inspection, Licensor observe that Provider did not return child's used bowl or cup after use. Cup was left at the table and bowl was placed on a child's toy play set (1)(b) During the inspection, Licensor observed a blanket in each pack and play prior to use. When a child was placed in the pack and play, the blanket was removed. The pack and play was not laundered or sanitized prior to the child laying down to take a nap (4) During the inspection, Licensor observed lotion at the sink, potpourri with small balls in a bowl on the counter and, shower has shampoos, soap and conditioner accessible to children (6)
